CARAVAN INSTANT CANOPY TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Caravan® Canopy Int’l warrants that each part of this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a two (2) year period from date of purchase. This warranty is void :
- If product is used under other than normal use and maintenance conditions.
- If the product is modifi ed or altered.
- If product is subject to abuse or neglect.
- If product damage is accidental or deliberate or caused by rain, wind or other forces of nature.
- If product use does not conform to product instructions.
- If product is repaired by someone other than Caravan® Canopy Int’l or its authorized representative.
The sole obligation of Caravan® Canopy Int’l under this warranty or any other legal obligation, with respect to the product, is repair or replacement, by Caravan® Canopy Int’l or its authorized representative, of the missing or defective parts causing malfunction with new parts after review and examination by Caravan® Canopy Int’l.
Under no circumstances will the retail customer, user, authorized representative or other person be entitled to any direct, special, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages for breach of contract or otherwise. Under no circumstances will any person be entitled to a sum greater than purchase price of the malfunctioning part.
No Caravan® Canopy Int’l authorized representative or person other than an offi cer of Caravan® Canopy Int’l may extend or modify this warranty. There are no other warranties from either Caravan® Canopy Int’l or its representatives which extend the face of this warranty. All other warranties, expressed or implied,including the warranties of merchantability, fi tness for a particular purpose and fi tness for use are excluded.
Please contact Caravan® Canopy Int’l for specifi c shipping instructions before returning any part. All shipping costs must be pre-paid. Caravan® Canopy Int’l will not be responsible for any products damaged in transit.

CARAVAN CANOPY INT'L, INC. RETURNS
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. All returns/exchange are subject to the standard 15% restocking fee.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the form of a check or refund to credit card within one (1) week of the return.
There will be no returns or refunds for any product that has passed thirty (30) days since purchase date. All returned or refund items must in be in original condition.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If there is a manufacturer's defect this will be covered under warranty (wear and tear are not covered). All Caravan products are covered under our warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase. If Caravan determines that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the defective part, within the warranty stipulations of each product. Please refer to your owner's manual or visit our website at www.caravancanopy.com.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized products. Custom goods are nonrefundable, other than because of manufacturing or materials defect (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please call Customer Service at 877-9CANOPY - (877) 922-6679.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. To receive your RMA number call our Customer Service team at 877-9CANOPY - (877) 922-6679. If your product is a custom order - and if the problem is a warranty issue, your sales representative can also issue a RMA number. Caravan is not responsible for any returns that are returned without a RMA number. Additionally, if you should need these items returned to you - Caravan will not absorb the shipping cost if they have been sent to us without an RMA number.
